WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Looking for international? Drop us a note at support@tuffowear.com — we may add your region as we grow.

 

HOW LONG IT TAKES

TUFFO sneakers are made-to-order and dispatched from our manufacturing partner. Plan on 10–20 business days from order to doorstep:

Order processing & quality check: 2–3 business days

Transit (US & Canada): 8–17 business days

You will get a tracking link the moment your pair ships. We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping — every pair travels the same route.

 

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping: $9.99 (United States and Canada).

Duties and import taxes for Canada (when applicable) are paid by the customer on delivery.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

We can update a shipping address only before the order has been packed. Email support@tuffowear.com within 12 hours of placing your order with the new address and your order number.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Email support@tuffowear.com with your order number within 14 days of the carrier's delivery scan. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund.
