SIZING

Do TUFFO shoes run true to size?

Yes. Order your usual U.S. men's size. If you're between sizes, size down for low-tops and stay true for high-tops.

Are TUFFO unisex?

Most lows are unisex (women: take 1.5 sizes off your U.S. women's size). MIST and BLAZE have dedicated women's sizing where indicated.

CARE

How do I clean suede?

Brush with a horsehair brush in one direction. For deeper marks, use a suede eraser block. Avoid water unless using a suede-specific cleaner.

Can I wear TUFFO in the rain?

We pre-treat with a water repellent, but suede is suede. Light rain is fine. Heavy rain — switch to your beaters and let TUFFO have the day off.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

United States and Canada. We may expand later — drop a note at support@tuffowear.com if you're outside that.

How long does it take?

Plan on 10–20 business days from order to doorstep. TUFFO sneakers are made-to-order and shipped from our manufacturing partner: 2–3 days for processing & QC, then 8–17 days in transit.

How much is shipping?

$9.99 standard shipping to the US and Canada. Duties on Canada orders are paid by the customer on delivery, when applicable.

RETURNS

How do returns work?

30 days from delivery. Unworn, original packaging. Email support@tuffowear.com with your order number to start a return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Email support@tuffowear.com with your order number and the size you want — we will hold the replacement pair while your return is in transit.

My pair has a defect. What now?

Email support@tuffowear.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace defective pairs at no cost.
