WHAT QUALIFIES
Unworn shoes in original packaging, with all tags attached, postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@tuffowear.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
REFUND TIMING
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Email support@tuffowear.com with your order number and the size you would like. We will hold the replacement pair for you while your return is in transit.
NON-RETURNABLE
Sale items marked FINAL SALE, gift cards, and any pair showing outsole wear or sole creasing.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If your pair arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@tuffowear.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace at no cost.
