Sizing Guide — Lows vs Highs vs Mids

Order your usual U.S. men's size. The fit notes below cover the edge cases.

Lows

Lows run slim. If you're between sizes, size down. The vulcanized sole has a hard last that softens through the first 50 miles, so if you size up because of stiffness, you'll be swimming in the pair after week two.

Highs

Stay true to size. The padded collar wraps the ankle; sizing down here pinches the achilles. If you wear thick socks, go your true size — the cotton lining gives just enough room for them.

Mids

Same as lows for sizing — slim. The mid-cut affects ankle clearance, not foot length.

Slip-ons

Size up half if you're between sizes. Slip-ons rely on the elastic gore staying tight; sizing down here means the gore gives out by month three.

Women's sizing

Most lows are unisex. Women, take 1.5 sizes off your U.S. women's size to land on our U.S. men's chart. MIST and BLAZE have dedicated women's sizing where indicated on the product page.
